Therapeutic productions CIC is an initiative led by a team of artists, project managers and social entrepreneurs who have chosen to use their artistic skills to raise awareness of and highlight social issues through film, music and art.

The production is a very good idea, people with mental health issues have been stigmatised and this is going to show a different side of mental health, how people can break through and make something out of their lives. I like the teamwork and everyone has been working very well and the story line of the film.

Therapeutic Productions, founded by hospitalised ex-offenders, is producing Prodigal Monster, a film highlighting the positive impact of rehabilitative services on mental health and crime prevention. Set for release in November 2024, the project involves drama therapy workshops, collaborations with disadvantaged communities, and support from national organizations and public funding.
Young offenders from areas hit by gang violence have started production on their new movie which shines a light on mental health issues with the help of service users from psychiatric hospitals.
